While you are preparing to sell your home, you may wish to do some online searching for your next home. I recommend using Realtor.com as it is the only nationwide online real estate service that has a dynamic feed from all MLS services in the country. This type of feed gives it the ability to get updates, new listings and sold notifications as they occur at the local MLS service.
