If you trust your broker, he or she will lead you to the right experts. There are many benefits to hiring a tenant representative. The main benefit is the time you save. Plus, you incur no costs, and you’ll most likely save a lot of money. All of the steps I’ve outlined in this chapter can add up to a full-time job. No one can handle all of these tasks by themselves and stay on top of their business.
