About Jerry Jerry was raised in Cincinnati alongside two siblings. Aspiring to become an electrical engineer from a young age, Jerry eventually found his path in the real estate industry, a career he had never anticipated but ultimately embraced. Over the years, Jerry advanced from electrician to electrical engineer while continually striving to excel in each role he undertook. Thirty years ago, influenced by his realtor aunt, Jerry entered the real estate industry. He enrolled at Hondros College, completed the requisite courses, and successfully passed the Ohio State real estate license exam, obtaining a Sales Associate License. After joining a local firm, Jerry returned to Hondros College in 1998 for brokerage management courses, subsequently passing the broker's exam and earning licensure from the Ohio Division of Real Estate as Arch Realty LLC. Additionally, he holds a license from the Kentucky Real Estate Commission to practice under the same name. Throughout his career, Jerry has exhibited expertise in assisting buyers, earning the title of Buyers Representative Specialist. His dedication to obtaining the best possible home for his clients at an affordable price within the shortest timeframe underscores his commitment and professionalism. Jerry resides in Cincinnati, where he serves as Broker/Owner at Arch Realty LLC, working alongside his daughter, Lesa Baker, who fulfills the role of Broker/Manager. Arch Realty LLC employs five real estate sales associates specializing in buyers' markets.
