Now in his 8th month, Greg has definitely turned things around from both RM and DFY campaigns process perspective. From being a Quality Manager from his previous job and without prior experience managing any products, he is a living testimony that people can improve and learn new things as long as there is will and dedication. He is also getting his toes wet into AFY products in order to be ready to provide support if and when needed. We definitely still have long ways to go and a lot of things to improve to go where we want to go but we are definitely on a much better place than before and right now, we can confidently say that we are definitely going!
