Can you briefly introduce yourself and your experience as a Member Support Representative? I'm a home guy, always looking for something to fix. If I'm out, it means I'm with my family or with my best friends. My daily experience with MET (Member Experience Team - Retention) is always a story to tell. I might have completed a book already if I had written everything down. What strategies do you use to ensure customer satisfaction and retention? I don't use a special recipe, there is no magic. If you want to satisfy a customer, be human, be sensitive to what they need, and do everything you can to help them. What are the most important qualities or skills for a member support representative, and how do you embody them? A mountain of patience, the ear of an elephant, the loyalty of a dog, put that in you..... THEN WORK LIKE A LOG! List a few of your favorites so people can get to know you: Food: Menudo as always, Palabok, of course, and Pizza!!! (with Beer) Music: Alternative pop, Folk Rock, and Country (karaoke na!!!) Vacation Spot: I don't care much about the spot as long as I'm taking the vacation with my family, but Japan is always in my mind. Movie: Action-adventure and Sci-Fi movies will always capture me. Color: Red and Black and nothing else Book: Sellers and Buyers! just kidding... I have not read one for quite a while, but I used to love reading books about conspiracy theories because it always made me think twice. Motivational Quote: A bunch of clowns and comedians are useless if you don't want to be happy. Thing About Working for Authorify: You can never underestimate the work we do here, it's always a challenge every day. I can't even end the day without asking myself if I do good, can I do better tomorrow? The challenge is always high because you talk to people and try to win them when their job is exactly what you do, you can't fool them.
