“Recently, we launched the new VA program. Taking on a new role can be difficult, but taking on a new role without a predecessor to guide you along can be even more challenging. Lovely has jumped in and really made this new role her own. A few of my new VA members are currently working with Lovely, and I have received positive feedback about Lovely from each one. She is very responsive, quick, and knowledgeable. She is also providing quality work to each of our members. She CCs me on the emails she sends to our members, and I love seeing the work she is producing. She is doing a great job, and we are lucky to have her on our VA team!”
