Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. As the years went by, Tera worked her way from Police Officer to real estate broker, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Tera got into the real estate industry in 1999. Tera found her stride working with investors, builders, foreclosure and short sales, first time home buyers and divorcing couples. She's an expert in negotiations and contracts. Tera lives in Overland Park with her husband, children and dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with friends and family.
