Vivienne was very knowledgeable and efficient in every way when it came to selling my home. She was on the ball daily keeping me up to date on showings in a timely fashion and paperwork that needed attention right away. The home was on the market the day after I met with her and we never had to resend incomplete documents because she made sure it was all correct prior to sending it. I never had to call to ask what was going on with sell of the property because she was always one step ahead of me.
