A true entrepreneur who has always put her clients' needs first, was born in Jamaica and possesses the hard work and family values of the Caribbean and lived in New Jersey where she graduated High School before settling in Orlando in 1980. Upon arriving in Orlando, Vivienne took her hard work and family values coupled with the toughness and she never quit attitude and started her own business, Speedy Cleaning Services she catered to both residential and commercial cleaning services. Always balancing her career and the needs of her family Viv was recognized in a variety of areas for her company and the quality, reliability, and attention to detail that she has become known for. After 20 years of continuous growth and success with her company. Viv sold it at the urging of many of her cleaning clients because of her honor and integrity and family whom she was able to help find homes, many first-time buyers. With her experience working in residential homes, Viv decided to pursue her dream of helping other first-time buyers from the Caribbean, veterans, active military, police officers, first responders, teachers etc as well as entrepreneurs to corporate executives. Viv received her real estate license in 2008 and was able to pursue her dream of helping others with their first home and has helped many who were seeking their last home. She has helped buyers/ sellers at all price points of housing during her 14 years of real estate always with the highest integrity and professionalism.
