About Sheri
A resident of the Southeast Houston area since 1983, Sheri possesses an unmatched knowledge about the area and its communities. Originally from central Illinois, Sheri moved to the Houston area to get away from the cold weather and to attend University of Houston. She loves living here for its friendly atmosphere, amazing resources for family entertainment and proximity to the beach! This profound affection for the area, combined with her passion for working with people, led Sheri to pursue a career in real estate! After graduating from University of Houston Clear Lake with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, she worked in financial management as a Cash Manager, then was later promoted to Treasury Manager. After 25 years of financial management, the last 5 years of which she worked both as a Treasury Manager and Real Estate agent, Sheri decided to put away the spreadsheets and embark in Real Estate full time in 2008. After having children, Sheri continued to work and became an involved parent with the PTA, Boy Scouts, and many booster clubs. She served two consecutive terms as PTA Treasurer, and later served two consecutive years as Treasurer of the Cheer Booster Club. Sheri has two children. The oldest is her daughter, a UT Austin graduate & Chemical Engineer. Her son, a former US Marine, is currently a plant operator. As a real estate agent, she brings her tireless work ethic, loyalty, determination, and ability to multi task to each transaction. Her personable nature allows her to relate to her clients and remain respectful and sensitive to their individual situations, while listening to their wants and needs.
