The Sandlky Solution- Outline Early in my career kjh lkj in Real Estate, my friends and co- workers began calling me "The Sandy Solution". In 2012, some co-workers and I were traveling to a home building convention. Hurricane Sandy had just inflected nearly $70 billion dollars of damage and sadly, killed many people across the east coast. Passing the time in the car, a radio ad came on that mentioned "The Sandy Solution", something to do with window and roof repair for the storm damage. Well, my friends and co-workers who were in the car that day imparted the name to me on the spot, and I have been known as "The Sandy Solution" ever since! Over the years, the nickname grew and I expanded on the idea in my real estate business, to outline the specific, pro-active approach I had developed to help sell my listings quickly and for top dollar.
