I was raised in Virginia, the oldest of 4 girls. I was taught from a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what I have done. And I have worked hard. (But that’s not to say I haven't had fun along the way.) I got into the real estate industry over 40 years ago, just a couple of years after high school. I started with Century 21 in my hometown of Pulaski, VA, got a lot of training, and learned the ropes at a young age. I worked there for a few years until I moved to NC and worked on the Outer Banks of NC by the ocean and sound. That was probably my favorite time in real estate, though I didn't get much beach time because I was so busy with real estate. There I was blessed to sell several waterfront properties, meet people from all over the country and help them to invest in first-time and secondary homes and investment properties, all while enjoying the ocean breezes. I finally moved from NC to Arkansas to be near family in 2002. Now I live in Springdale, AR with my husband, 2 children, 2 dogs, 3 cats, and chickens for eggs. I love living on a hobby farm right in the middle of town, it's fun, never a dull moment, and fulfilling. Now that my children are in school full time, I am more passionate than ever about helping others again full-time, in all things real estate. Real estate is my passion, so I am doing what I love while helping others along the way. What better way to help people create memories, to create wealth and to leave a legacy for their loved ones...... Since owning my own real estate company in the past, I have been honing my expertise in certain areas. As my career has advanced, I have found that there are certain areas that people may struggle in with real estate, especially when they are hit with a life challenge. What I believe sets me apart from other agents is my genuine love of helping others through that life challenge,
