About MARION BRANCH When I went through my person home purchase process I was faced with many challenges. I used the HPAP Program and I used an agent that was not versed in the program. This caused many problems as the program has it's own set of challenges. Due to my perseverance, the seller was very gracious and did not release my contract after missing 2 closing dates. He knew I was working as hard as I could without help from my agent who just left me to fin for myself. Perseverance paid off! This story perfectly sums up the kind of agent MARION is, and the type of agent SHE continuously strives to be for her clients. Marion was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. Marion was raised in Washington with 3 siblings. As a child, Marion had aspirations of being an Executive Assistant. Never in a million years did she think she's stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. As the years went by, Marion worked her way from Driving Special Needs Children to Starting her own transportation company , never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Marion got into the real estate industry 5 years ago when She had to let go of her Transportation Company due to having to care for loved ones. Marion loved to serve people and the desire grew stronger. In 2019 she decided to take a leap of faith and got her license. She did not get to help anyone until 2020. Since then Marion has served over 60 families and counting. She has been able to be there not just to help families find homes, but to let
