About Ronna "I think that my favorite story is about clients who were looking for an investment property. The one thing that stood out about them is that the husband was always talking about the lack of garage space they had at their current home, not about the investment property they were going to be looking for. (Listening to what your clients are saying is key to a successful transaction.) But they were not thinking about selling their current home. I ended up showing them a custom-built home that filled both their bucket list. I was able to negotiate with the builder and have him buy their current home so they could buy the home he built. It was a little outside the box but who said there has to be any set rules in making a deal! Everyone was excited at the thought of this seamless idea .... we closed in 2 weeks!! that was 15 years ago and they still live there!" This story perfectly sums up the kind of agent Ronna is, and the type of agent she continuously strives to be for her clients. Ronna was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. Ronna was raised in Va Beach with 1 sibling. As a child, Ronna had aspirations of becoming a home interior designer.
