Wanted to take the time to write you a letter to thank you for all of your extraordinary help in selling my condo in San Marcos. It was wonderful how you made sure that all parties to the contract got what they wanted and needed from the arrangement. The fact that it was a contingency sale made it much more complex than normal, but you pulled it off smoothly and efficiently. Your prompt and consistent follow ups and quick actions to resolve issues so that a closing within on time 30 days was possible despite buyer's home sale falling out once.
