Being a potential first-time home buyer I had no clue what to do and so called our best friend and he recommended hiring Kristin to represent us in the private sell... the house was not listed. I cannot say enough good things about Kristin and her ability to be our advocate, our voice, and our negotiator in the home-buying process, especially when it came to dealing with the neighbors who had certain demands because the house wasn't listed. Long story short, it was a great experience and I will only use Kristin moving forward, as we do have plans to move and sell in about 5 to 6 years.
