Raymond Ovsepyan was raised in Armenia alongside his five siblings. As a child, he dreamed of becoming a Karate master. Never did he imagine that he would one day build a successful career in the real estate industry, but life often leads us down unexpected yet fulfilling paths. From a young age, Raymond was instilled with the belief that success requires hard work and dedication. He applied this mindset throughout his life, starting his career in construction and later opening his karate academy, where he taught as a Sensei. With every professional endeavor, Raymond remained committed to becoming the best version of himself. Raymond’s journey into real estate began 24 years ago when he purchased his first condominium. Driven by curiosity, he began asking questions about the business and soon after earned his real estate license. True to form, he approached the industry with determination and a clear goal: to become a top-tier real estate professional. Over the years, Raymond has built a reputation for excellence, particularly in navigating complex transactions. Where others see roadblocks, Raymond identifies opportunities—consistently securing favorable outcomes for his clients.
