About Chip Parham When Chip started doing mortgages before the 2008 crash, there was one client that he always remembered. This particular client came to Chip asking for help, saying that she has four kids, they are in foreclosure, and she doesn't want her family on the street. She did not have sufficient income, assets, or credit to qualify for any loan programs. Working closely with the client, Chip did not give up. After two months they were able to get her credit score up and close the loan with her saving $300 per month. At closing the woman brought Chip a fruit basket and started crying. She told him that he saved her family and thanked him for his hard work. It was at that point that Chip realized that working as a mortgage banker could change people's lives. This story perfectly sums up the kind of agent Chip is, and the type of agent he continuously strives to be for his clients. Chip was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. Chip Parham was raised in New Jersey as an only child. As a child, Chip had aspirations of being an actor. Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. As the years went by, Chip worked his way from a Sales/Catering Mgr to Area Sales Mgr with Coca-Cola, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.
