life and left the industry. After years of regretting this decision, he decided to come back, and never leave the business again. He set out to make the loan process easier for consumers to deal with, build long-term relationships with third parties to help the consumer before, during, and after closing a new home purchase loan, and create happy new homeowner memories for hard- working families. As his career advanced, Chip found his stride working in Hudson, Union, & Essex counties of New Jersey. He's an expert in Conventional, FHA, Fix-&-Flips, DSCR, & commercial loans amongst many more loan programs he's learned about along the way. His tenacity in getting a loan to the closing table is second to none. Chip Parham lives in Weehawken, NJ with his family of three. He loves doing extracurricular activities with his daughter Zahra Phoenix. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, dancing, and going to comedy shows.
