Gilbert “Chip” Parham - A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO FINANCING YOUR HOME

About Me My illustrious yet short-lived drama/dance career included Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of The Arts and Alvin Ailey School in NYC. I performed at the Performing Arts Center in Newark, NJ along with multiple off-Broadway plays in NYC. I quickly learned that there is nothing in this world like the feeling of helping someone who is in need; whether it’s bringing joy to a person watching a play, comfort to a person requesting food/beverage or hospitality, or assisting a family looking to attain financial security through assets. After working in New York City for the past 15 years with Fortune 500 companies, I have returned to the Mortgage business to help families achieve their dreams of new homes and equity. I started writing mortgage loans in 2003 and instantly fell in love with how much of a positive impact I could make in someone’s life by securing their homes in seemingly impossible scenarios. I am in awe of the “Gold Coast” area, which my family and I call home, and I am confident that I can make a difference for existing and potential homeowners by building wealth and maximizing equity. Being a happy father of a 6-year-old named Zahra Phoenix, I recognize the importance of community and the need to be comfortable and feel supported where your family builds memories and grows throughout life. My dedication to my clients and their needs will not stop at the closing table. I look forward to questions about moving preparations, childcare and schools, and home maintenance, or if you’d just like to chat. I pride myself on exhausting every option to provide quality pre-approvals and lucrative refinancing that bring families peace of mind that their biggest asset is taken care of. The next step is making the dream come true, so give me
