About Amy Amy was born in Fairfax County. When she was 12 yrs old, her parents moved to Fauquier County and raised her with her 3 siblings. As a child, Amy had aspirations of being an accountant. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Amy was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Amy worked her way from a Teller at a Bank to an Office Manager for her father's Co., Fancy Floors, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Amy got into the real estate industry 18 years ago when she had a horrible experience with the purchase of her second home due to the sellers. She decided that she wanted to represent clients to protect their best interested and educate the public on buying and selling real estate. She set out to become a real estate investor. As her career advanced, Amy found her stride working with first- time buyers, then sellers, short sales, and foreclosures. She covers about nine counties. She’s an expert in negotiating the terms of the contract and educating her clients during the transaction. Throughout her career, Amy has established a great team of professionals to assist with a successful sale or purchase of a home. Her achievements include:
