"The Real Estate Queen of Las Vegas: Kimberly Smith’s Journey to Success" When Kimberly Smith isn’t closing deals for her clients, you’ll find her starting her mornings at the gym, energizing herself for a productive day. Evenings are spent dining out or unwinding at home, reflecting on a week dedicated to serving her clients. A proud native of Las Vegas, Kimberly’s passion for real estate was sparked early in life by her mother, Joy, who built a home on a quarter-acre of land in the 1970s. Watching her mother visit model homes and navigate the building process left a lasting impression. Her interest deepened when she studied Carlton Sheets’ real estate program, laying the foundation for her career. At just 23, Kimberly purchased her first home with her then- husband, overcoming financial and credit challenges. Frustrated by lenders unwilling to help, they ultimately achieved their dream by purchasing a new home. That experience ignited Kimberly’s drive to assist others in achieving homeownership, even when they faced obstacles. In 2003, a friend encouraged her to get into real estate—a natural transition since she already had a client eager for her guidance. Since then, Kimberly has gained invaluable experience in general real estate and new home sales, working with various companies before earning her Broker’s license in 2022. Beyond her success in real estate, Kimberly became a published author in January 2024 with Women Who Boss Up in Real Estate 2.0 , which became a bestseller in multiple categories. A career highlight came in February 2024 when she was featured on a New York Times Square billboard alongside other authors.
