About Jaton Jaton was raised in Philadelphia, PA with 5 siblings. As a child, Jaton had aspirations of being a Musician. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Jaton was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Jaton worked his way from Event Promoter to College Recruiter, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Jaton got into the real estate industry 15 years ago when he began working on homes with a local Property Develop, as a carpenter apprentice. From there he began taking real estate investment courses, "bird-dogging" for real estate flippers and working directly with Asset management companies who needed Property Preservation work their foreclosure inventory in the Pittsburgh, PA Area. He set out to get his real estate license to help those who needed someone trust worthy. As his career advanced, Jaton found his stride working with Investment Properties and Renovated Homes. He’s an expert in Budget Planning, Comparable Market Analysis, and Sale Strategies and Negotiation. Jaton lives in Pittsburgh with his wife kids. In his free time, he enjoys Hosting social events, exercising and traveling. Jaton aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
