Our goal is to work with few members in the beginning both in-person and virtual, to transform how we communicate and work together so we can perform at a higher level to achieve great results. Strong teamwork encourages growth within the partnership, and it is important to make sure that each partner is happy with his/her work and feel like that everyone is part of the team. Allowing LLC members to take time to develop their expertise based on their previous business experience will improve the partnership and can bring what they have learned from their own businesses to help the business benefit. It is important that LLC members should make the ultimate goal of creating a modern Metro Manila in the Philippines and make it more personal so that there is a better chance of sticking to this plan to achieve this mission. Philippines is filled with people who have good intentions and great ideas. Many have a strong desire to change this country, to make it a better place to live. Business owners may have great ideas, but in many cases, no one listens to them. No one follows. They may be smart, but they have no power. No power to lead or inspire. We need to have higher purpose for joining in this crusade because if we don't have one, we will not succeed. That’s why we need more time in brainstorming to find good partners.
