These quick wins are easier to become achievable with little room for failure since I have been a Realtor in Texas for many years, and I was also a Realtor in the Philippines before I lived in the United States since 1990. Real change runs deep, and quick wins are only the beginning of what needs to be done to achieve long-term change. After every win, we should analyze what went right and what needs improving. We will then set goals to continue building on the momentum we achieved including succession planning. Only few potential investors in the Philippines believed me when I discussed with them this big vision when I lived in my home country for one year from July of 2019 until June of 2020, but that’s okay for me because it gives me greater challenges to make it happen in the future. Only few potential investors and people believed that my big vision for the Philippines is doable and achievable. IF GOD WILLS IT, IT WILL BE DONE NO MATTER HOW HARD THE CHALLENGES COULD BE. For change to happen, we must be willing to do what we have never done before and that’s why I need to do my best to communicate my big vision for the Philippines. Once the two (2) Master LLCs and their Sub-Series created more and more cash flowing assets, we will then establish a non-traded REIT to be registered with the SEC, comprising of members of the two Master LLCs including members of their Sub-Series. Real estate investment trust (“REIT”) allows individuals to invest in large-scale, income-producing real estate. A REIT is a company that owns and typically operates income-producing real estate or related assets. These may include office buildings, shopping malls, apartments, hotels, resorts, self-storage facilities, warehouses, and mortgages or loans. Unlike other real estate companies, a REIT does not develop real estate properties to resell them. Instead, a REIT buys and develops properties primarily to operate them as part of its own investment portfolio. While the market price of a publicly traded REIT is readily accessible, it can be difficult to determine the value of a share of
