The two Master LLCs and their sub-series will work closely with Wall Street’s Hedge Funds and Holding Companies for each coastal town to create a better financial position for the investors. As these newly organized companies implement the development, they will pursue the mission that correspond to the culture and a set of principles according to Team Charter of every Hedge Fund and Holding Company to ensure that these companies will stick to its goals. Motivational leaders of every company will become the catalysts who will accomplish the mission and realize the vision that proposed Quezon Pacific Coast Cities can become one of the world’s important manufacturing hubs of technology products and consumer goods needed in the global market to never forget what the companies stand for. These leaders will be passionate about their jobs and will intensely be focused on doing their assigned tasks at the highest levels. Their mission is to improve the welfare of their people and their communities by creating more convenient, equitable, healthful, efficient, and attractive places for present and future generations.
