One of the most common ways to pursue our passion is chasing what gives us the most joy or the most fun. Focusing on what we love and on what we care about are the most important reasons to inspire ourselves to work hard and smart. The distinction is subtle but meaningful: focusing on what we love like the creation of a modern Metro Manila in the Philippines along the 17 coastal towns of Quezon Province in the Pacific Ocean associates to our passion with what we enjoy and what makes us happy, whereas focusing on what we care about aligns passion with our purpose to make people’s lives better and more pleasant in the proposed region. Passion when combined with purpose, working with LLC Members harmoniously as a team going in the same direction with one common goal is unstoppable to have a unified action. Unity is harmony within and amongst investors and members of our proposed two Master LLCs in Texas in the beginning will become a driving force to develop and create several Sub- Series LLCs within the organization. It shall be built with a shared vision for the good of all and a common goal. Unity is appreciating the value of each LLC Member and their unique contribution. When there is willingness to accommodate others, unity blossoms and we can become architects of the future of a modern Metro Manila in the Philippines (2019, Jachimowicz).
