He is a jolly team member that everyone can easily warm up to. I can still remember the day he reached out to me and asked me how my day was. It’s been only a few weeks since I joined Authorify as a part of the MSR team and I was actually having a bad day at work. Somehow that small act of kindness made me feel welcomed. Since then, he is one of the people I inquire with about products and processes because he is a great resource of information and will make time to dumb things down for you. He shares his experiences and the things he learned while handling a complex inquiry so everyone can learn from it too – and sometimes laugh together at it. He also encourages people to participate in every company activity and be involved in discussions. Although I am no longer with MSR, he’d still reach out from time to time to connect and discuss processes with me (or really just to share a song he covered). This nomination has been long overdue and I think everyone can agree with me that Manny is that one person that makes people stick around. Never Let Your Team Down “When Abby moved to the Campaign Admin team, always performed above par. From being an MSR to handling leads for DFY and RM, she adjusted really fast. She always made sure that the tasks are completed. When we do have questions, she is always there with an answer. Her being a part of the elite team since the start just shows that she is performing very well. Abby is always ready to help. You are awesome, Abby! Thank you for everything that you do!”

Put Others First and Never Let Your Team Down “A few weeks ago TL Rika was not around, because she was sick. She sent us a message saying that she will still be checking her slack on her phone and we can still ask questions even though she is not feeling well and not logged in. I even remember that I encountered a very unusual concern from a member that I’m assisting and I didn’t know what to do. So, I messaged her not thinking she will respond but I was surprised she did. I ended up calling her to ask for some help and she didn’t hesitate to answer the phone and go to her computer to review the account with me so we can figure out what we can do to help resolve the member’s concern. This wasn’t the first time she did something like this, I’m sure not only for me but for the WHOLE TEAM. When she was first introduced as our Team Lead, she promised us that she will always listen and help us figure even the hardest things out. We can also talk to her about our personal problems and she just knows the right things to say to encourage us to keep going and STAY MOTIVATED! A quote she shared with us: “The best preparation for good work TOMORROW is to do good work TODAY.” motivated me to keep going and focus on my goals. I could not thank TL Rika enough for EVERYTHING she has done and is DOING for us. She may not know it but she has made a huge impact to me and the team. She always tells us that she appreciates us for our hard work but I would like to take this opportunity to tell her and everyone that we appreciate her for everything. THANKS AGAIN TL RIKA!
