When touring homes, give yourself plenty of time to take a thorough, critical look at each property. Don't rush - make sure you check out all the features, both big and small, from the layout and condition to details like closets, cabinets and storage space. You could be living there for years, so a quick five-minute walk- through won't cut it. Keep in mind, your first visit is often when you decide whether the home stays on your list or gets ruled out. Focus on whether it meets your basic needs. If it does, there will be opportunities to gather more detailed information and schedule follow-up visits before making a final decision.
WHAT COMES WITH THE P MES WITH THE PROPERTY
Confirm in writing what personal property, if any, are included with the purchase price of them home. It's common for blinds , kitchen appliances, and garage door transmitters to be included, but don't assume anything. The washer/dryer is typically a negotiated item.
