About Tim & Heather Tim Meagher was born raised in Honesdale and Wayne County, PA with 3 siblings. Tim was born into a real estate family, with his Father, Paul Meagher Sr. and Mother Sandy opening the RE/ MAX Wayne office in Honesdale, Pennsylvania in the early 1990’s. As a child, Tim remembers driving with his Father all over Wayne and Pike County, PA looking at real estate with his Dad. Also helping his Father put up real estate signs, cleaning out homes for sale, helping mow lawns and clean and paint houses to help his Dad’s clients improve their properties for sale. Paul Sr. still works every day at the RE/MAX office in Honesdale and gives direction and guidance to the entire company each day. Paul instilled in Tim at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work hard for it. After Honesdale High School, Tim graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree. Tim accepted business development and marketing positions in Toronto, Ontario Canada and Newport Beach, California. After many successes and awards for sales and marketing positions Tim decided to move home and join his Father in the Real Estate Business in 2005. Heather (Edwards) Meagher was raised in Madisonville and Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania with her 1 sibling. Heather’s Grandpa, Hap Edwards was a very successful real estate developer in the Hamlin andMount Cobb, PA areas developing many of the beautiful housing developments still in existence today. Heather always admired her grandfather’s work ethic and knowledge of real estate.
