invaluable knowledge and experience on what to look for when receiving offers for his listings and can identify when one buyer could be more serious than another buyer which is especially important when choosing between multiple offers. Ross previously knocked on doors as a consultant/project manager for Solar and Roofing companies and with all the knowledge and experiences accumulated from his previous jobs and in real estate he is able to problem solve, be quick on his feet, think outside the box, communicate effectively, and handles each step of the listing and marketing process with a strategy in mind. Doing things for the sake of doing them is not in his DNA and he knows that strategies NOT used can make just as much of an impact on the marketing as the strategies that are used. Ross purchased his first property in 2007 which was a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo in Aiea and later sold that condo to buy a new townhome in Ewa Beach where he lived for 10 years. He recently moved to Mililani with his wife of 12 years, two boys and his cute poi dog Sky who is the oldest of the kids. His 9 year old has a voice that is loud as a bose speaker system and his 8 year old is as rascal and curious as that monkey with the man in the yellow hat.
