Andrea was an amazing realtor for my husband and I, and helped us find our first home. She was recommended to us through a family member who also used her services in the past. She always had our best interest in mind and was always there to answer questions and even find out the things we weren’t able to ask. She is extremely professional and made herself available to us when we wanted to look at houses. Even when she wasn’t available, she found someone else to come along to look at houses with us, which lead us to looking in a new build community where we ended up building our home. Andrea was marvelous to work with and earned her commission twice over. We had an estate that needed to be sold and all of us lived outside Indianapolis and most of us lived out of state. Andrea did a lot of research on the home and property and was very familiar with the community which we were not. We had many concerns, security, repairs necessary and unnecessary and appointments with professionals with whom we could not always meet. She checked on the property daily, discussed pros and cons of repairs, and handled appointments meeting with the professionals and providing feedback.
