After having miscommunication issues with my own real estate agent, and attorney’s office, I decided to do a Google search of eXp real estate agents in the area to help assist with an earnest money transaction. The first agent did not pick up the phone, so I went down the list to Richard. He picked up right away and was eager to help, even though he knew he wouldn’t benefit from this call, he searched the property I have already in contract and all of the info quickly and told me everything I needed to know and do to get earnest money to the correct affiliate. A complete stranger, he helped me more than my own agent and attorney who are representing me. I am calling Richard Freedkin next time I need help with buying/ selling a property! He is truly a selfless, generous man who knows his stuff!
