Richard provided some good resources and suggested we do some research and reach back out when we are ready. There was no pressure, and we learned a lot. Within a few weeks we were itching to look at houses again, so my wife contacted Richard and arranged a few viewings. On our first day back out with Richard we found the home we wanted to buy. Richard not only helped us navigate the process, but he was attentive and responsive. He was available to answer calls and emails, and he never took longer than a few hours to get back to us with our many questions or inquiries. Aside from knowing his stuff, Richard was very supportive for (understandably!) nervous first-time home buyers.
