Upon meeting him I knew he was the realtor for me; being a first-time homeowner I had a lot of questions and unaware of the home buying process. He was knowledgeable and experienced in the field. Richard gave me a copy of the book he wrote regarding the ins and outs of the home buying process, strategies to use and how to search for the perfect home. While looking at homes I kept on getting out bid as houses were selling for over listing price. Richard came up with strategies in order to make sure I didn't overpay and after just a couple weeks of looking and contracts being rejected, my offer was finally approved. I was so excited to finally get into my first home and Richard made that possible, he communicated with me, the other listing agents and lawyers and was on top of everything making sure all parts were working in tandem. I have and I would recommend him to others who are interested in buying a home, Richard is an expert in the field, and he genuinely cares for his clients.

Competition is crazy and Richard new exactly how to maneuver through it all. So thankful. Our move was not an easy one either. We were moving from Maine to Illinois, and he took every step with us in detail. When it was time to actually see a home, we were interested in we didn't have time to fly in quickly to do so. Richard was able to FaceTime us and show us the property. He was extremely thorough, as if we were walking through it ourselves. He even took the time to walk around the neighborhood and talk to us about it. We ended up choosing our home this way!! Anytime we had a question about anything he was ready to answer.
