Part of confidence and capability is commitment, your willingness, and determination to do the absolute best you possibly can for your client. To go above and beyond the excellent customer service that is reasonably expected of you. In my introduction, I mentioned how I always yearned to hear the words "good job" from my grandfather. I would come home with a good grade and show it to him; his response would be, "Not bad." I would ask him how I did after mowing the lawn; he would respond, "You're slowly getting it." I would come home a few minutes earlier than my curfew; he would say something like, "You're cutting it a little close, aren't you?"
