Lee was raised in the Philippines in a large family with 6 other siblings. As a child, Lee had aspirations of being a dentist. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Lee was raised to work hard. As the years went by, Lee worked her way from a dentist with her own practice, to being a licensed dental hygienist when she moved to the US, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. Throughout her career, she learned the importance of meeting her clients’ needs in a meaningful way. Lee got into the real estate industry almost 20 years ago when she fell in love with the process while purchasing her own home. She set out to become a real estate agent who truly took the time and effort to understand her clients’ needs. As her career advanced, Lee found her stride working with military and veteran families. She’s an expert in negotiation, mortgage, and new home sales. Throughout her career, Lee has earned numerous accolades, including: • Top Producer • Home sales within a week of listing • Earning her mortgage loan officer license • Earning a certificate in home staging Lee lives in the Jacksonville area with her husband, three children, and two Malteses.
