Mark Hatton is a long-time resident of Desert Ridge in N. Phoenix since 1996. And Owner of Provident Partners Realty & Mgt. with his wife Patty. Today, he brings his proven track record for exceptional business practices and client services to the real estate, working for clients seamlessly navigating the current housing market with his expertise and knowledge. A hard-working family man, and father of two great children. Mark moved to AZ in 1991 working in the wholesale beverage world and becoming a real estate agent in 2004. “At which time the AZ market was crazy one of the fastest growing markets in the country. And one of the hardest hit markets as well in 2008…the crash! It became a place of survival, but we stood fast and made it through the tough times. No matter what happened it was the place where we decided to raise our family in Phoenix because of the area schools in N. Phoenix and the real sense of community. It has been an honor to be able to work for people making their hopes and dreams come true! Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Aside from family and business, Mark’s greatest passion is giving back. “Doors have been opened for me at different times in my life, and I didn’t get where I am today without someone taking a chance on me.
