About Philip Philip was raised in Philadelphia, PA with 2 siblings Eugene and Dona'. As a child, Philip had aspirations of being a Firefighter, following in the steps of his uncle, he was named after. Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. At a young age Philip was taught, that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So, that’s exactly what he did. As the years went by, Philip has worked as a Minister & Thought Leader, Relationship Coach, & Foster Parent. In 2017 Philip obtained his real estate license. Soon after, his wife was stricken with stage 3 breast cancer. Never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself for both his family and him. Philip walked with his wife through her cancer treatment and recovery. This journey renewed his value for home. That's when he coined the expression, "Every Family Deserves a Home!" He says home is like a sanctuary. It's a place where you live and love. Home enables us to give the world our best, and Philip knew he had to be a part of that process. As his career advanced, Philip found his stride working with New Construction, 1st time Home Buyers and Move-Up Buyers/ Sellers. Through his career, Philip has earned numerous accolades to included:
