A quarter acre in one town might feel cramped, while a half acre in another town feels open and peaceful. 5. Updated Homes or Newer Construction Higher income buyers often prefer homes that are move in ready or have been recently updated. They value convenience. 6. Amenities Within Reach They want shopping, dining, parks, and entertainment nearby. They want easy access without living in congestion. 7. Commute Flexibility You may not work in New York City, but the option to get there easily is one of the reasons many people choose New Jersey.
