Whether he is working with a first time home seller or a home selling veteran selling their investment property, Jay assists with making the right decisions when it comes to identifying the best repairs or updates your property needs. He is also able to help with hiring the right trades to make repairs or updates to your home. Because of another skill set Jay has, he is NV Realty Group’s "go to" realtor to represent clients in commercial real estate. He is very knowledgeable about buying, selling and leasing commercial properties. In his spare time, Jay enjoys spending time with his large and ever expanding family and his Charleston favored hobbies of boating and golfing. Faith and Family are very important to Jay. He serves on the missions counsel at his local church, and also teaches classes. He also enjoys volunteer coaching for youth soccer & baseball, coaching his youngest son’s team.
