About Jeff I began my real estate career at 23, building expertise in every facet of the industry—from renovation projects and new construction to the buying and selling of diverse real estate properties. With years of experience as a real estate investor, I recognized my unique ability to guide homeowners in selling their homes and to assist buyers and investors in navigating their purchases. In 2008, I became a licensed real estate agent, followed shortly by earning broker licenses in both New Jersey and New York. After working with various brokerages, I realized that my experience as an investor provided me with a distinct perspective and advantage that was not commonly found among agents. This led me to establish an independent real estate brokerage. In 2013, I opened my first real estate office in New Jersey, where I continue to serve clients throughout New Jersey and New York with an emphasis on personalized, knowledgeable service. I am the founder of GardenStateHomebuyers.com, an investment company dedicated to acquiring real estate properties and creating value for sellers and communities alike.
