So, what exactly is staging?
Home staging is the act of preparing a home for sale by arranging furniture and decor allowing potential buyers to picture themselves living in the home. The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, causing it to sell more quickly and at a higher price point.
