About Lisa Lisa's proficiency in real estate spans over 20 years having experienced many varying housing market cycles over her distinguished career. With a guiding principle of finding the best fit for her clients, and then applying her superior negotiating skills, Lisa ensures complete client satisfaction before, during and following the property closing date. Lisa's common sense approach and compassionate demeanor ensure she always over-delivers client expectations. In 2019, Lisa became a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert and also received her Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation. Given her thirst for added knowledge, Lisa recently secured her paralegal diploma with honours and became a member of the Law Society of Ontario to further diversify her knowledge and expertise. Lisa has always been passionate about the law, and now offers clients representation in Summary Conviction Law, Tort Law, Landlord & Tenant matters, Provincial Offence matters, Human Rights, and bringing forth or defending claims in Small Claims Court. Lisa has all the powers of a commissioner for taking affidavits in Ontario, and her recent appointment under the Notaries Act, Lisa now witness, certify, and attest, the execution of a document, and certify and attest documents to be true copies of the original. Lisa is also very involved in her community, having previously run for municipal office. While finishing only narrowly behind a long-established encumbent in the last municipal election. Lisa's unabashed nature to stand up for her family, and community, has served her well to gain a positive perception throughout the area where she lives and works.
