And that, at the end of the Sale, the Sellers will walk away with the most profit possible given the circumstances. Can you please walk me through your entire print, digital and direct mail marketing plan? 2. How much of your marketing activities will focus on promoting my home versus just promoting yourself as an agent? 3. Do your yard signs feature interior photos of my home, text- capture technology, and a dedicated property website? 4. What printed materials do you provide which highlight community features around my home to potential Buyers? 5. What other print marketing materials (such as door hangers, postcards, and custom business cards) will you provide to promote my home to Buyers in the community? 6. How many post cards featuring interior photos of my home will you send out to potential Buyers? 7. Will you create a customized online marketing plan, or only rely on standard real estate websites, to market my home? 8. How will you create a "multiple offer" situation in order to maximize the sale price of my home? Then there are marketing expert Realtors® who also focus specifically on helping people who are going through a divorce. These agents are aware of the legal and tax aspects of divorce. The best of these specialized Realtors® may also have a Degree in Psychology or related field of study. Better yet, a few Realtors® are so well known and respected among the legal community that Divorce and Family Law Attorneys may recommend a specific
