Sturm Jack Sturm has spent a lifetime wearing service on his sleeve: Three formative years as a U.S. Army Military Policeman instilled discipline, integrity, and an instinct for calm under pressure. A two-decade tenure with the Indiana University Police Department, Indianapolis Division—culminating in retirement as a respected officer—deepened my commitment to community safety. Real estate called next. Licensed as an agent in 1988, elevated to Broker in 1997, and became Managing Broker of Noble House Realty and Property Management in 2025, I have guided hundreds of Hoosiers through the biggest financial decisions of their lives. For 38 years, myself and my wife of 50 years, Sandra L. Sturm, have made our home in the close-knit Oaklandon community of Lawrence, Indiana. Our twin sons expanded the family tree with three grandchildren and, now, three great-grandchildren—a multigenerational reminder of why “home” matters.
