About Bill and Kristin Bill was raised in a real estate family. His father, Tom has been in the business since 1968. In 1997, Tom and Bill founded a real estate software company called Envision. Over the next 7 years, Bill traveled the country teaching realtors how to use the technology to better serve their customers. Bill sold his company in 2004 to a large national bank where he spent the next 14 years in the Mortgage business. In 2018, Bill and Kristin decided to form The Ervin Team and sell real estate full time. They joined Signature Sotheby's International Realty in Birmingham and sold over $7 million in their first year. Bill and Kristin have been married since 1991 and have moved 9 times. They use their vast experience to help sellers prepare their home for the market. Many agents offer pretty standard services. The Ervin Team goes above and beyond to properly stage a home and make sure it is looking it's best to help maximize profits and to sell as quickly as possible. The Ervin Team has earned numerous designations, including: • Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) • Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) • Real Estate Negotiating Expert (RENE) Bill and Kristin live in Beverly Hills with their four children and two Great Danes.
