About Mahmoud (MC) Chitsazan I came to America 1979 and resided in Fort Scott, Kansas and eventually moved to the NWA area in 1982. I then went to the U of A and worked as a manager at Hardee's in Fayetteville, but always had aspirations of helping people in some way. Never in a million years did I think I’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. I was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what I did. And I worked hard. As the years went by, I worked my way from the bottom up doing kitchen help to owning my own business, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of myself with each career move. I got into the real estate industry by buying and selling personally for years. I decided to stop paying rent and own my own house shortly after seeing the benefits of ownership. I decided that I wanted all the benefit that my landlord was getting. As my career advanced, I found my stride working working with a variety of clients whether they are looking to buy their first home, sell your home for its maximum potential, move to a new neighborhood, or grow passive income through real estate investments. Throughout my career, I have earned numerous accolades, including: City Council / Planning Commission Realtor Million Dollar Producer I am very active in my community, serving as a City Council Member currently and, previously as a member of Planning Commission for the City of Cave Springs, Arkansas. During my leisure time, I love spending time with my family, enjoy reading about current events and economic trends, great conversations
