About Bob McMicken Bob was raised in Binghamton New York with 4 siblings. As a child, Bob had aspirations of being a restaurant owner. Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Bob was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Bob worked his way from being a restaurant manager to Director of Nutritional Services in Health Care, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Bob got into the real estate industry a few years ago when he realized his passion was to help people; being in the people business all this time was really about caring about and being personable with the folks he worked with and met. He set out to build a real estate business with his passion of helping others. As his career advanced, Bob found his stride working with Buyers, Sellers, and New Home builds. He is an expert in negotiation, new home construction, and other areas of real estate needs. Throughout his career, Bob has earned numerous accolades, including:
