Every home should get its own video on YouTube, the world’s 2nd largest search engine, second only to its parent company, Google, which ranks YouTube content very highly. Your home should also be distributed across the various Social Media channels to draw the most attention from the marketplace. But keep in mind, many of these channels really are “Pay-to- Play” and you should have a marketing budget set aside to put your home in front of the masses through paid ads on these platforms. For example, in our team's business, it’s not uncommon for us to promote a property and generate 40,000 to 50,000 impressions across Northwest Arkansas. That means tens of thousands of people see the ad for that property. And as we all know, more potential buyers means more potential offers. Again, all this extra effort results in a protection of equity and a speedy sale. Your home should get the Premium Treatment so that you can sell it for a premium on the open market.
